Welcome to ZeroEffortPlans. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our iOS application and services. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using ZeroEffortPlans, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Description of Service
ZeroEffortPlans is a productivity application that helps users achieve goals through the "Zero Effort Method" - setting minimal targets to build sustainable habits through behavioral momentum.
3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions
Subscription Plans Available:
- Monthly Subscription: $4.99 per month
- Annual Subscription: $39.99 per year (equivalent to $3.33 per month)
- Lifetime Purchase: $99.99 one-time payment
Free Trial:
- Duration: 7 days free trial
- Automatic Renewal: After the free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew to a monthly subscription unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period
- One-time Offer: Free trial is available once per Apple ID
Subscription Terms:
- Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account Charging: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- Price: Renewal cost is the same as the original subscription price unless notified otherwise
- Management: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase
4. User Accounts and Data
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information
- Your data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced via iCloud (premium feature)
- We do not access or store your personal planning data on our servers
5. Acceptable Use
- You may use the app only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- You agree not to use the app in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its related systems
6. Intellectual Property
The app and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ZeroEffortPlans and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall ZeroEffortPlans be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Refund Policy
- All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
- Refund requests must be made directly to Apple through their standard refund process
- We do not have access to process refunds directly
- Free trial cancellations can be made through your Apple ID subscription management
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the app, to understand our practices.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Apple App Store Terms
This app is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Terms of Service and App Store Review Guidelines. In case of conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail for matters related to the App Store.
